The Teachers Course September 2026

Real Bodies, Real Injuries

A One-Day CPD Course for Movement Teachers

Sunday 20th September 2026 The Talbot Hotel Clonmel.

What Movement Teachers Need to Know About Pain, Injury & Safe Practice

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for movement professionals at every stage of their career, including:

  • Yoga teachers
  • Pilates instructors
  • Strength & Conditioning coaches
  • Fitness instructors
  • Personal trainers

Whether you’re newly qualified or have decades of teaching experience, you’ll gain practical knowledge you can apply immediately.

Course Overview

This evidence-based course will help you:

  • Understand common musculoskeletal injuries and pain.
  • Recognise when and how to modify movement safely.
  • Better support clients with confidence.
  • Translate medical and physiotherapy concepts into practical teaching strategies.
  • Stay up to date with current evidence without having to navigate the ever-changing world of medical research yourself.

Teaching real people is very different from learning anatomy in a textbook. This course bridges that gap, helping you make informed decisions in the studio or gym and giving you greater confidence when working with clients.
