Clonmel Sports Yoga Workshop. Sunday 8th & 29th April 11am.

Following a successful weekend workshop I’ve decided to add 2 dates: Sunday 11am 8th and 29th of April, to the list for Clonmel. These are 90 minute yoga workshops suitable for all levels.

Performance Yoga is Physio-led Yoga. Suffering from a recurrent injury or tried everything to reduce your back pain? Performance Yoga designed and led by me, Orla Crosse, Chartered Physiotherapist may be the stretch you need! Each session will be designed and fine tuned according to bookings made and requests taken. On booking you will be emailed a short medical form to allow you to briefly outline any relevant medical info or injuries past or present that you are working on.

As a Chartered Physiotherapist with a decade of experience working with sports injuries, the yoga sequences I develop have Injury Prevention as top priority. We work on finding your weakest stability point, challenging it safely, and building your strength. I will give you the tools and knowledge in this workshop to add to your own strength and conditioning sessions. Once weak areas strengthen and stabilise, you may notice tight areas such as hamstrings feeling freer, less restricted and likely to cramp!

Take yourself out of your comfort zone, don’t be shy and prepare to be challenged in a strength and conditioning environment to help you perform at your sport, or just in general in life!
