Your Retreat Itinerary
10:00-10.15am — Arrive to The Spa at Cashel Palace Hotel
Settle in and enjoy the serene setting overlooking the historic Rock of Cashel and the tranquil Palace gardens.
10:30am – 12:00pm — Restorative Yoga Class (90 mins)
A slow, yin-style flow designed to relax and rejuvenate both body and mind. Guided by Chartered Physiotherapist Orla Crosse, this class is suitable for all levels. All yoga equipment is provided.
12:00pm – 1:00pm — Tea, Coffee & Scones
Savour freshly baked scones with cream and jam, a warm cup of tea or coffee, and some healthy nibbles as you unwind post-class.
1:00pm – 2:00pm — Spa & Pool Relaxation
Continue your day of calm in the heated 17-metre pool, with a 5-metre outdoor section offering stunning views of The Rock. Enjoy the Jacuzzi, Klafs steam room, sauna, and experience showers, or simply relax by the pool with a good book.
