I will return to teaching in September both in person and online.
At this point, I think you know what will work best for your lifestyle going forwards whether that means practicing with us online or attending an in person class.
In person classes will be held with reduced numbers to comply with social distancing recommendations. You will need to complete a COVID-19 self declaration form on the first day and update me if anything changes during the course. I will have hand sanitiser available and I will take temperatures at the beginning of each class. You will need to bring your own mat, blocks and straps. As I have so many mats/blocks/straps and spiky balls (cleaned!) sitting at home, I’d be happy to sell them to anyone who wants them and can give you info on price and pick up etc.
Classes will take the format of 6 week blocks as before mid March. Both daytime and evening options. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced options. Recordings will continue to be available for the online classes.
Online classes will continue as they have been since mid March 2020.
Have some time to think about what you would like for Sept, let me know your thoughts or if you’d like to buy any of my equipment. I’ll finalise details next week such as timetables/date/cost of blocks and options for in person/online attendance once I get a feel for what you would like.
