We’re delighted to introduce 4 yoga classes, all designed and led by a Chartered Physiotherapist, combining clinical expertise with mindful movement to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free.

Whether you’re returning from injury, managing aches and stiffness, or simply want a safer, smarter yoga practice — these classes are for you.


🌿 In-Person Physio-Led Yoga (3 Weekly Classes)

Orla’s in-person classes focus on:
