Class timetable
Mon 6pm, 50 mins
Beginners and Improving Beginners – a perfect class for the end of a busy day. Short, sweet & convenient! No experience required. Escape dinner time madness at home.
Mon 7.05pm, 1 hour
Intermediate – Advanced Level, strong, deep exercises, lots of fun transitions between moves and high energy. Experience preferred.
Tue 9.30am, 1 hour
Intermediate Level – strong class with lots of energy and a variety of exercises.
Tue 10.45am, 1 hour
Beginners and Improving Beginners – calmer, steadier class than above, relaxing throughout.
Location: AOK Dance E91 PH32, close to Sports & Spinal Physio in Gurtnafleur Park.
I have mats and yoga blocks but if you have them, please bring your own.
