Focused anatomy review
Tendons ; Cartilage and bone ; Fascia ; Muscle ; Ligaments ; The Spine
Explore the role of inflammation on the above. What the latest science is telling us about this.
Discuss Pain, acute versus chronic and what that means for your clients
What can go wrong for people outside of your class which might exacerbate problems in the above.
What Physios do to treat these different parts of the anatomy. It’s rarely just one faulty part. And how you can bring that to your teaching.
What you, the class instructor can add to your teaching to help your clients manage the most commons injuries and complaints. (Examples, sciatica like pain, low back pain, ‘bad’ knees, shoulder pain – what structures are the pain source and what can you do to help.)
Case studies/examples, I have many! Including my own body. We all have example situations that spring to mind, Send me yours so I can build their unique situation into the teaching program.
