Your Health, Your Lifestyle – Supported by Preventative Care

I’m committed to supporting your health and lifestyle through a preventative medicine approach. If you’re dealing with a physical issue that’s been bothering you, we’ll explore the situation together to uncover the root cause. After your initial assessment, we’ll decide on the most appropriate treatment path for your unique needs.

We now understand more than ever how movement and breath can help regulate the nervous system—calming the body and often reducing pain. A well-rounded, safe movement practice can relieve many common aches and pains, especially when guided by a Chartered Physiotherapist who’s got your back.

If you’re currently feeling good and want to maintain your physical health, a weekly Physio-Led Yoga class—available both in person and online—might be the perfect addition to your routine.

Expertise You Can Trust, Care You Can Feel

In addition to qualifying as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2006 and completing my Yoga Teacher Training in 2014, I hold a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from University College Cork (2017). My goal is to integrate evidence-based knowledge with a practical, person-centred approach—sharing useful insights as I continue to learn and apply my medical expertise in both physiotherapy sessions and yoga classes, online and in person.

I’ve gained valuable Sports Physiotherapy experience working across the UK, Australia, and at Ireland’s renowned Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin. There, I had the privilege of working alongside some of Ireland’s leading Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine consultants, helping to design and deliver expert rehabilitation programs for recovery from injury and post-operative care—supporting individuals on their path back to movement, activity, and wellbeing.
