10.00 Arrival and Welcome!
10.15 Tea/Coffee and Settle in for the first session – Relevant Anatomy review and discussion
Discussing Tendons, Ligaments, Cartilage/Bone, Fascia, Muscle, The Spine in detail.
Where are they? What are they ? What are their jobs? How can we protect them? Hypermobility, how to look out for it.
12.00 Pain and begin injuries.
What causes it? Chronic low level inflammation as a big issue. Muscle memory. Central sensitisation.. What this is and how it can affect movement.
1.00 Lunch
2.00 Current Medical Management / treatment of common issues. I will help make sense of what happens if you attend a Physio and / or a GP in relation to the issue. I’ll base this session around case examples that you send me and that I see every week in clinic. Learn how you can potentially modify your teaching to reduce the risk of problems starting. Confidently help your clients manage their issue. This is often a light bulb moment for teachers!
3.30 Women’s Health Section (1.5hrs)
Pelvic Health, my speciality topic. Tips and tricks for you and your clients. Latest research in what’s helpful and what’s not in terms of exercise/movement. And we will demystify the hormonal web and it’s effect on pain, inflammation, movement. The latest research is SO interesting.
Finish at 5pm.

Early bird: €319 if booked before 21st May 2025
Booking deposit is €100 per person, which is fully refundable anytime before 24th May ’25 , 3 weeks before the event. After this date the deposit is refundable if the place is filled.
Balance payable 2 weeks before event, on or before Sat 21st June ’25
