It will start on Monday 2nd Oct – for 4 weeks initially. We will have a break over Halloween and start up again in Nov.

It’ll be a 45/50 min Physio Led class depending on the sequence that day.

The 4 week course costs €75. Payment can be made by cash or card on the first day of class.

Location is AOK Dance studio, which is very near Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy Clinic, around the corner and above Rivus House. Follow the person with the mat!.

Lots of manageable, healthy, deep stretches led by myself, and then a guided relaxation. 

I have mats and anything else you need to get started but if you have a mat, please bring.

It’s the perfect comfortable and safe introduction to yoga. And a short 4 week course to begin with.
